CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER

O R D E R

% 30.11.2018 I.A. No.16358/2018 Allowed, subject to just exemption.

O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 368/2018 Issue notice.

2.1 Mr. Gopal Singh accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. Learned counsel says that he does not wish to file a reply as he does not oppose the prayer made for extension of time. The record shows that the Arbitral Tribunal entered upon reference on 04.06.2017. The record also shows that this Court, vide order dated 22.05.2018, passed in OMP (MISC.) (COMM) No.103/2018, extended time by another six months beyond the statutory period of 12 months. This period was, however, extended w.e.f. 01.06.2018.

O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 368/2018

I am informed by the learned counsel for the parties that the matter is at the stage of arguments.

Accordingly, having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to extend the time for concluding the arbitration proceedings by another four months, commencing from 30.11.2018. It is ordered accordingly.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Dasti.
