Counsel for respondent no.1/Ms.Rukmani Devi appears and states that a Caveat had been filed. The said caveat is, however, not on record.

Counsel for respondent no.1 states that the order [dated 16th March, 2017 in RC No. 5758/2016 of the Court of Rent Controller, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi] of eviction of the petitioner and respondent No.2/Jagat Narain from one room on the ground floor with a front verandah at property No. WZ-549A, Naraina Village, New Delhi impugned in this petition has already been executed and the respondent no.1 has recovered possession. RC.REV. 526/2017

Counsel for the petitioner does not controvert the same and rather states that this petition has become infructuous and she withdraws the same.
