% 31.01.2018 It is stated that the petitioner herein has also filed objections on cancellation of registration, which are pending before the objection hearing authority. The objection hearing authority would dispose of the said objections within a period of two months from today. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings in case of an adverse order. There is no order as to costs. The interim order passed by this Court would continue till the decision of the objection hearing authority.
