% 22.09.2016 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 25th May, 2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 5167/2015 whereby respondent-Corporation was directed to implement the order of demolition.

Learned counsel for respondent-Corporation states that the property in question has been extensively demolished and the process is still ongoing. In view of the aforesaid statement, present contempt petition is closed.

However, in the event, the owners raise fresh unauthorised construction, petitioner is given liberty to seek revival of the present contempt petition.
