PATHAK % 15.05.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that petitioner had settled the matter with the respondent no.2 before the Mediation Centre in the Supreme Court of India on 14th September,2017. The aforesaid settlement has been partially complied with by the parties. Counsel for the respondent no.2 states that respondent no. 2 has paid `5,00,000/- to the petitioner, inasmuch as, first motion has already been accepted. Accordingly, I am of the view that no case is made out for cancellation of bail.

Petition is dismissed.
