CONT.CAS(C) 671/2017 & CM. No. 46537/2017 The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of order dated August 8, 2017. Suffice to state, vide order dated August 8, 2017, this Court has set aside the order challenged by the petitioner blacklisting the petitioner.

The ground for filing the contempt petition is that the respondent is not considering the case of the petitioner for any project. The said ground cannot be a subject matter of a contempt petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by non-consideration of its case, petitioner shall seek such remedy as available in law.

Noting the statement made by the counsel for the petitioner at this stage, the petition and the connected application are dismissed as withdrawn. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J JANUARY 09, 2018/jg
