% 04.12.2017 At the outset, counsel for the petitioner brings to my notice record of proceeding dated 21st September, 2017 by which the Sole Arbitrator has informed the parties about her withdrawal from the proceeding.

In that view of the matter, counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous and prays for leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh proceeding if required in accordance with law.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
