% 09.02.2016 The disputes between the parties have been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 04.02.2016 signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator is found on record. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.
