% 11.10.2017 The present appeal was directed against an order made in the course of revision proceedings under Section 25(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958. The learned Single Judge, exercising revisional jurisdiction, disposed of the matter on merits. Under the provisions of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, the order of the Revisional Court is final. Learned counsel for the Appellant argues that the Letters Patent Appeal under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent is maintainable and relies upon a previous decision passed in RCSA No.25/1982 decided on 07.03.2013. This Court is of the opinion that having regard to the limited category of cases which can be appealed against before the Division Bench, which does not include revisional orders of Single Judges, the appeal is not maintainable. Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks liberty to seek appropriate remedy. The liberty prayed for is granted.
The appeal is dismissed.
