% 12.12.2017 By this petition, petitioners have prayed for quashing of FIR No. 102/2009 under Sections 448/380/34 IPC registered at police station Nand Nagri, on the complaint of Shri Ramesh Chand Sharma (since deceased). Legal heirs of Late Ramesh chand Sharma have been impleaded as respondent nos.2 to 6. It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 6 have now settled their disputes amicably vide a Compromise-cumSettlement Deed dated 29th September, 2017, therefore, aforesaid FIR may be quashed.

Learned counsel, who is representing respondent nos. 2 to 6, submits that affidavits of all the respondents are on record wherein they have stated that they have 'No Objection' if aforesaid FIR is quashed in view of the settlement.

Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified

by SI Omveer of police station Nand Nagri. They submit that all the legal heirs have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that they are not willing to pursue the present FIR and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances, as detailed hereinabove, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed, in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and private respondents.
