BAIL APPLN. 2004/2017 Arguments addressed on behalf of either side. The Investigating Officer of the case is also present today in the court. On behalf of the applicant-petitioner, it has been submitted that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case and only an injury occurred on the leg of the complainant in relation to an alleged altercation which had taken place.

The status report is on the record.

The Status report which has been submitted by the State, indicates

that there is previous involvement of the applicant also in FIR no. 23/2013, PS Jafrabad, u/s 336/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, 1860 and u/s 27 read with Section 30 of the Arms Act, 1959.

In view of the previous adverse antecedents against the applicant, there is no ground is made out for granting bail to the applicant/petitioner. The present application is declined.
