1. Both petitions impugn the proposal of the Bank of publishing the photographs and names of the petitioner in the newspaper as defaulters.

Detailed orders were passed on 28th January, 2016 and 22nd February, 2016 in WP(C) No. 8723/2015 on the said aspect. W.P.(C) 8723/2015 & W.P.(C) 7385/2013

Both counsels appearing for the State Bank of India in the two matters fairly state that the Bank will not publish the photographs without following the procedure for first declaring the petitioners as a wilful defaulter.

Recording the said statement on behalf of the Bank and binding the Bank thereby, the petitions are disposed of.

5. It is also clarified that if the petitioners remain aggrieved with the proceedings as mentioned above, they shall be entitled to appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

No costs.
