O R D E R

This is a petition filed under Section 14 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2.

The prayer made in the petition, in effect, is that the mandate of Mr. K.K. Gupta, who, stands appointed as the Arbitrator in the matter be terminated.

3.

On the previous date, Mr. Kirtiman Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, had suggested alternate names.

4.

Mr. Dholakia, who, appears for the petitioner has chosen from a panel comprising of three names, furnished by the respondent, one Mr. Baljit Singh to act as an Arbitrator in the matter.

5.

Accordingly, as agreed by the parties, Mr. Baljit Singh shall substitute Mr. K.K. Gupta. Consequently, the mandate of Mr. K.K. Gupta shall stand terminated.

6.

Arbitration proceedings shall re-commence from the point at which they are presently positioned.

Mr. Baljit Singh will issue written notice to the parties to convene the proceedings in the matter.

The captioned petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9.
