The petitioner's essential grievance relates to an order dated 28.07.2018 passed by the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, West, Delhi.

The petitioner had challenged the said order which was rejected by the Division Bench by an order dated 27.08.2018 passed in MAT APP (F.C) 208/2018. The petitioner states that although the matter was remanded to the Family Court, urgent orders have not been passed. 3.

List before the Concerned Bench today, that is, 22.11.2018, subject to orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
