O R D E R

% 10.08.2018 A short affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent No.1/Delhi Development Authority and the averments made in Paras 4 and 5 read as under:

"4.

That the vacant land in front of Amity International School is DDA land. It is submitted that the malba/debris in front of the Amity International School Saket, New Delhi has been removed on 4.4.2018. W.P.(C) 8804/2017

It is further submitted that on 26.04.2018, the answering Respondent constructed a boundary wall around the said vacant land. The Photographs of the site have been annexed and marked as Annexure A."

In view of the aforesaid, we find that no further directions need to be issued in the matter.

Being satisfied with the action taken by the respondent No.1, we dispose of the matter. The pending application also stands disposed of accordingly.
