This order is in continuation of the orders with effect from 12th March, 2018.

The counsel for the parties are permitted to hand over in the Court, the application under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) stated to be signed on behalf of the plaintiff as well as the defendant and also accompanied with the affidavits of the signatories thereof and the counsels seek a decree in this suit in terms thereof. 3.

The counsels inform that the authorized representatives of the plaintiff as well as the defendant are present in the Court. 4.

The application is taken on record and be got numbered. 5.

I have perused the Settlement arrived at between the parties as contained in the application and find the same to be lawful. CS(COMM) 643/2017

The application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC is allowed. 7.

A decree is passed in terms of the application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC along with its annexures thereto and all of which shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. 8.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

9.
