% 12.12.2017 By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a special leave petition against the judgment dated 25th May, 2017 passed by the Court dismissing the appeal filed by the appellant. As per the nominal roll appellant has undergone nearly 2 years imprisonment out of the 3 years sentence awarded to him.
A status report has been filed verifying the fact that the family members of the petitioner i.e. his elder brother and the petitioner's wife along with the children are residing at H.No. 78, Gali No.18, B- Block, Khajuri Khas.

Considering the fact that the appellant has roots in the society and has to file special leave petition, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/ CMM concerned.
Petition is disposed of.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
