Parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement agreement dated 23.1.2018 entered into before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

Counsel for the plaintiff says that in view of the settlement, she has instructions from the plaintiff, who is present in person, not to press the suit inasmuch as parties will be otherwise bound by the terms of the settlement agreement dated 23.1.2018. 3.

Accordingly suit is allowed to be withdrawn as prayed as it is stated that parties will remain bound by the settlement agreement, and no decree is passed.

The suit is accordingly disposed of.
