O R D E R

% 22.09.2017 Respondent no.2 (complainant) is present in Court and has been identified by SI Arun Negi of police station Dwarka South. It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the learned Special Judge, CBI, Dwarka Courts during the hearing of bail application, inasmuch as, their statements were recorded, on oath, by the learned Special Judge, which are at the pages 60 to 63. Respondent no.2 submits that he has already received entire settled amount of `3.50 lacs from the petitioner and is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view that present FIR is an outcome of a commercial

transaction between the petitioner (accused) and respondent no.2 (complainant) and they have now settled their disputes amicably, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 343/2016 under Sections 420/468/471/34 IPC registered at Dwarka South, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
