It is stated that in the second paragraph of first page of the order the date of settlement is mentioned as 22.02.2018 instead of 22.01.2018, which was pointed out by the Registry at the time of preparation of decree. In view of above, the order dated 05.03.2018 is corrected to the extent of date of settlement is 22.01.2018 and not 22.02.2018 as mentioned earlier. The application stands disposed of.
