% 26.07.2018 This petition seeks transfer of the case bearing FIR No. 171/05 registered under sections 452/247/323/34 IPC at Police Station, Farsh Bazar from the Court of Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, East District, Karkardooma, Delhi to a competent Court having jurisdiction over Shahdara District. The learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the case was initially registered at Police Station Farsh Bazar which earlier came under the East District. Now, after the re-organization of the Districts, it falls under Shahdara District. The learned counsel for the complainant also states that in the interest of justice, the case be transferred to the latter District. In view of the above, the case titled as ''State vs. Anurag Sharma", FIR No. 171/2005, is transferred from the Court of Ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, Mahila Court, East District, Karkardooma, Delhi to a competent Court having jurisdiction over Shahdara District. For assignment of the case to court concerned, the parties shall appear

before the learned District at Karkardooma Courts & Sessions Judge of Shahdara District on 20.08.2018 at 2 pm.
