This petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to file a petition, of course in accordance with law, seeking removal of the Arbitrator appointed by the respondent and notice of which is received by the petitioner on 30.11.2018 i.e. after the filing of this petition, and in the fresh petition, the petitioner can also seek appointment of an Arbitrator in accordance with law under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
