By this petition, petitioner had sought quashing of FIR No.370/2016 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Nangloi on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that the parties have settled the matter.

Parties tried to live together, however, learned counsel for the petitioners on instruction from petitioner No.1 who is present in Court states that unfortunately parties could not live together. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners thus seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

Leave granted.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
