W.P.(C) 12493/2018 During the course of hearing of the matter, it was stated by Mr. Karan Khanna, learned counsel for the respondent Bank that he shall supply the re-

casted statement of accounts to the petitioners right from 2005 till the date of filing of the application before the DRT within a period of three weeks from today and the petitioner may go through the same and the matter be now listed for final argument before the DRT within two weeks thereafter. Accordingly, we direct that the parties would make their submissions before the Tribunal and the Tribunal shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.

It is made clear that till hearing of the matter by the Tribunal and passing of the final order, no further interlocutory objection or application shall be filed by the parties.

In view of the above, petition stands disposed of and the appeal now pending before the DRAT stands rendered infructuous. CM. No. 48489/2018 (for stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
