% 07.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the impugned order dated 20.09.2018 only fixes the interim maintenance and the final maintenance is yet to be adjudicated, he does not wish to press the petition. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the same with liberty to raise all the issues including those raised in the present petition, before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage. The petition alongwith pending applications is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
