% 13.10.2017 Complainant has alleged in the FIR that three boys, aged between 16 to 20 years, had robbed him of his purse, mobile phone etc. It is submitted that petitioner is 32 years of age.

Nothing was recovered from the petitioner. Petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. He was apprehended after about one month of incident. Petitioner is in custody for two months. Learned APP has opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner on the ground that petitioner is involved in six other cases including one murder case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial of murder case is at the fag end.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
