% 25.09.2017 Ld. counsel for the respondent submits that a fresh notification has come to be issued for the substitution of the Arbitrator to carry forward the arbitral proceedings on 22.09.2017. In view thereof, ld. counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with the liberty to approach this court afresh, if, any fresh cause of action arises. In view the fact that the arbitral proceedings are pending for quite some time, it is desirable that the Ld. Arbitrator proceeds with the arbitral proceedings expeditiously. Writ petition stands disposed off accordingly.
