Mr. Rajesh Gogna accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.

Mr. Gogna says that he does not wish to file a reply, as there is no dispute regarding the existence of the Arbitration Agreement. 5.

Accordingly, as agreed by counsel for the parties, Mr.R.V. Raveendran, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India (Cell No. 08026601279) is appointed as an Arbitrator in the matter. 6.

The learned Arbitrator will be paid his fee as per the provisions of fourth schedule appended to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. ARB.P. 832/2018

Needless to say, before entering upon reference, the learned Arbitrator will make a declaration under Section 12 and attendant provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 9.

The Registry will dispatch a copy of the order to the learned Arbitrator.
