The petitioner has filed an execution petition seeking execution of the order dated 15th March, 2012 passed by the Guardian Judge in G.P. No.148/2006 which is pending before the Guardian Judge and listed on 21st March, 2018. The petitioner is seeking expeditious hearing and disposal of the execution petition.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order dated 15th March, 2012 has been modified by this Court vide order dated 22nd May, 2014 in FAO No.163/2012 and order dated 25th September, 2014 in Criminal Rev. Pet. 277/2013 and 334/2013.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is not delaying the hearing and disposal of the petition. It is further submitted that the respondent shall not seek any adjournment before the Guardian Judge on 21st March, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall also not seek any adjournment before the Guardian Judge on 21st March, 2018.

The Guardian Court is directed to expedite the hearing and disposal of the proceedings listed on 21st March, 2018 and endeavour to pass the order within a period of two months from 21st March, 2018. 6.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms. 7.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
