O R D E R

% 20.11.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 were known to each other. They have settled their disputes amicably with the interventions of their common friends; therefore, FIR No.126/2015 under Section 354A IPC and Section 66C of Information Technology Act, 2000 registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by Inspector K.P. Sah of Economic Offence Wing.

Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with

petitioners, vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 20th September, 2017 of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

Respondent no. 2 further submits that her affidavit to this effect is also on record. Respondent no. 2 says that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further against the petitioners and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.126/2015 under Section 354A IPC and Section 66C of Information Technology Act, 2000 registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
