O R D E R
% 10.10.2017 The learned counsel for the parties, on instructions from the latter, have consented to the disposal of the present petition on the following terms: (a) The parties agree to continue to live together under the same roof at their present residential address i.e. A-2/20, 3rd Floor, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110063;
(b) Mr. Sachin Bhatia undertakes to withdraw the divorce petition instituted by him being Divorce Petition No. 335/2017, titled as "Sachin Bhatia versus Yashika Bhatia", pending adjudication before the Court of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Roorkee, Haridwar, forthwith;
(c) Mr. Sachin Bhatia also undertakes to regularly pay Ms. Yashika Bhatia, the petitioners a sum of Rs.10,000/- on the 10th of every succeeding month towards her personal expenses, in addition to defraying all the expenses that may be incurred towards the education of the minor son - Master Hriday and other such incidental expenses that may be incurred in the running of the household. The first such payment shall be made by tomorrow i.e. on 11th October, 2017, by way of cash deposit in the account of Ms. Yashika Bhatia i.e. Bank Account No. 20320353419, State Bank of India, Branch - Paschim Vihar. Subsequent payments too shall be made in the same account, as directed above; (d)Ms. Yashika Bhatia, the petitioner undertakes to withdraw the complaint dated 05.09.2017 instituted by her with P.S. Paschim Vihar against Mr. Sachin Bhatia as well as brother-in-law, Mr. Gagan Bhatia (respondent No. 7, herein), within a week from today.
The aforesaid undertakings furnished on behalf of the parties are hereby accepted.
Directed accordingly.
The petition is disposed off in the above terms. Copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
