% 27.09.2018 Parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, New Delhi. A Settlement Agreement dated 13.08.2018 has also been entered into between the parties. The terms and conditions of the settlement are stated in para E of the Settlement Agreement. The terms of the Settlement Agreement are legal and valid.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement dated 13.08.2018.

Accordingly, a decree is passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 13.08.2018. The plaintiff shall also be entitled to refund of the court fees under the Court Fees Act.

Suit and all pending applications stand disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
