% 26.09.2017 Ms. Saba Zahra @ Heena alongwith her minor son, namely, Master Ali Haider are present in Court today. We spoke to petitioner Mr. Shabi Abbas as well as his wife, Ms. Saba Zahra @ Heena in Chambers and also interacted with their minor son Master Ali Haider. Ms. Saba Zahra @ Heena has stated that she left her home of her own free will along with their minor son and is currently residing at her parental house in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.

Without going into the allegations and counter-allegations made on behalf of the married couple and in view of the circumstance that the minor

has neither been removed illegally or unlawfully from the custody of his legal guardians, we are of the view that no further directions are called for in the present petition.

At this juncture, counsel for the petitioner states that he would like to withdraw this petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. SIDDHARTH MRIDUL, J.
