On advance notice learned counsels for respondent no.1 and respondent no.2 have put in appearance. Submission of learned counsel for respondents is that appeal against the order passed by the DMC would lie to the MCI/respondent no.2. The MCI has received an appeal on 18.9.2017 and the same shall be process and decided as

expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. Pending the disposal of the appeal, the impugned order shall remain stayed.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
