On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the respondents was directed to place on record the orders passed by the Disciplinary Authority as also the orders passed by the High Court of Calcutta in W.P. (W) 2994/2009, filed by the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Anil Soni, learned CGSC, states on instructions from Mr. Arvind Sharma, Deputy Commandant in respondent-BSF, that records are available with him along with the relevant orders and the status of the writ petition filed by the petitioner, which is still pending in the Calcutta High Court.

On the first call, none was present on behalf of the petitioner W.P.(C) 855/2016

and the matter was passed over to await the presence of learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present even on the second call. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition.
