% 19.12.2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and settlement agreement dated 17.12.2017 has been entered into between them and they shall abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement. In view of the submissions, he intends to withdraw the petition. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to revive the petition in case the respondents do not adhere to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
