% 14.12.2018 Non-compliance of order of 30th May, 2017 is alleged in this petition. Vide aforesaid order, respondents were directed to ensure that the demolition of Kalka/Kalli Mandir, which is subject matter of that petition, is carried out.

Respondents' counsel has drawn attention of this Court to the status report of 4th July, 2018, which reveals that the aforesaid Kalka/Kalli Mandir, Vishwas Nagar has been demolished on 30th May, 2018.
