% 31.01.2018 The proposed Arbitrator has filed his disclosure in terms of Section 11(8) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. In view thereof, I do not see any impediment in conforming his appointment as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the "Teaming Agreement" dated 19.07.2010.

The petition is allowed in the above terms.
