% 05.12.2018 This petition is for directions to the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Dwarka Courts, Delhi to decide the pending application listed for 12.12.2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier same application was moved before the learned Trial Court and Mr.Rathi was appointed as a receiver, but he could not visit the premises on three occasions and as such fresh application was moved and thrice such application has been adjourned and now is coming up for hearing on 12.12.2018.

In the circumstances, learned CMM, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi is directed to dispose of the pending application as per law on date already fixed.

The petition and pending application(s) stands disposed of. Order dasti.
