Learned counsel for the respondents states that pursuant to the order dated 19.09.2018, when this Court had noticed an ambiguity in the averments made by the respondents in para 4 of the counter affidavit, the Department has given the benefits of the 1st and 2nd ACP to the deceased husband of the petitioner w.e.f. 09.08.1999 and after granting him the requisite financial upgradation, his PPO has also been revised w.e.f. 01.01.2006. A copy of the Signal shall be furnished to the counsel for the petitioner within one week.

Mr. Ankur Chhibber, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the above, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of.
