CRL.M.C. 3967/2017 Shri Hemant Kumar, Director of M/s. Sai Dham Jewellers Private Limited is present in Court. Certified copy of the extract of Board Resolution dated 07.10.2014 of respondent No. 2 M/s. Sai Dham Jewellers Private Limited has been placed on record. Shri Hemant Kumar says that matter has been settled with petitioner without any undue force, pressure or coercion vide settlement deed dated 12.09.2017. It is submitted that the settled amount has already been received. Respondent No. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

It is noted that commercial transactions between the petitioner and the respondent No. 2 had led to registration of FIR No. 573/2015 under Sections 406/420 IPC, PS Rajouri Garden. Since the petitioner and respondent No. 2 have already settled their disputes involved in the FIR and respondent No. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 573/2015 under Sections 406/420 IPC, PS Rajouri Garden is quashed.
