% 13.02.2018 The learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has no objection that if the arbitrator is appointed in the present case. Both the learned counsels for parties have consented for appointment of Mr.Justice Devinder Gupta (Retd) Judge of this Court to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. In view of the above facts and submissions of the learned counsels for the parties, Justice Devinder Gupta (Retired) (Mobile No.9818065456) is hereby appointed as an arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties. The proceedings be conducted under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the fee shall be paid as per the Fee Schedule of DIAC.

Petition stands disposed of.
