% 31.07.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present bail application and the application filed therewith, his only request being that the trial court be called upon to conclude the trial expeditiously. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of 50 witnesses, 36 witnesses for prosecution have already been examined. The bail application and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn. The trial court is requested to expedite the conclusion of the trial.
