% 15.01.2018 Vide the present writ petition, the petitioner had prayed for a direction to the respondents to open the online portal of registration for the CBSE Inter School Sports and Game Competition 2017-2018 and to allow him to participate in the same for the sport of skating, which was to be held on 04.10.2017 for Delhi Zone. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the competition is already been over, she has instructions to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, alongwith pending application.
