After arguments, this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that all claims of the parties inter se will stand settled and satisfied which are subject matter of the present appeal, on the appellant receiving a sum of Rs.3 lacs from the respondents. This amount of Rs.3 lacs will be paid by means of a banking instrument drawn in the name of the appellant and will be handed over to the appellant simultaneously to the handing over of the possession of the suit property by the appellant to the respondents. 2.

It may be noted that in the connected RFA No.827/2017, it has already been agreed that appellant in this appeal will hand over actual RFA No.825/2017

physical vacant possession of the suit property to the respondents on or before 31.12.2018.
