CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIPIN SANGHI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A. K. CHAWLA

O R D E R

% 06.03.2019 The limited challenge by the petitioners to the impugned order dated 05.04.2017 passed in OA No.3784/2015, is to the disallowance of arrears of the allowances granted to the petitioners by the Central Administrative Tribunal ('CAT' for short). The Tribunal has directed that the allowances shall be paid to the applicants from prospective effect and they shall not claim any arrears in regard to such allowances.

The petitioners have already made a statement on 01.08.2018 before this court that they limit their claim only for the period

beginning the date of filing of the original application. In our view, this is an extremely fair suggestion.

Mr.Sannu states that a proposal for granting relief to the petitioners has already been moved and it is hoped that the decision on the same shall be taken within two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the matter is adjourned to 26.03.2019.

The respondent No.3 is neither a necessary nor a proper party. Accordingly, respondent No.3 stands deleted from the array of respondents.
