Learned counsel for the respondent no.1/UGC hands over a copy of the recent order dated 12.09.2018 passed by the Tribunal, in M.A.No.2684/2017 filed by the private respondent nos.4 and 6 praying inter alia for recalling the order dated 27.02.2017 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.663/2014.

Vide order dated 12.09.2018, the captioned Miscellaneous Application has been allowed by the Tribunal and the order dated 27.02.2017, which is impugned in the present petition, has been recalled. Further O.A. no.663/2014 has been directed to be listed for arguments on 25.10.2018, alongwith O.A.No.1520/2017. W.P.(C) 8641/2017

Copy of the order dated 12.09.2018 passed by the Tribunal is taken on record.

In view of the subsequent developments as noted above nothing further survives for adjudication in the present petition, which is accordingly disposed of. Liberty is granted to all the parties to take the pleas, as may be available to them, both on facts and in law before the Tribunal, at the time of arguments.
