By this petition the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No.101/2017 under Sections 376/354/511 IPC and Sections 4/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act registered at PS Prasad Nagar, Delhi on the complaint of the prosecutrix.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the prosecutrix has been examined, he be permitted to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned Trial Court. 3.

Leave and liberty granted.

Bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
