% 08.02.2016 I.A. No.1890/2016 This application has jointly been moved by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC for recording their compromise. The disputes between the parties stand settled in mediation. A copy of the settlement agreement dated 22.01.2016 arrived at in mediation duly signed by the parties, their respective counsel and the learned Mediator is placed on record. The application is supported by the affidavits of Ms.Komal Arora (plaintiff No.1), Ms. Janak Santoshi (plaintiff No.2), Mr.Sanjay S/o late Dr. R.S. Santoshi (defendant No.1) and Ms. Meenu Singhania (defendant No.2).
The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment, if the same are accepted. The suit is decreed in
terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the same. With a view to fully implement the settlement, the DDA is directed to process the application for conversion of the property No.21, Gagan Vihar, near Karkari More, New Delhi in accordance with its policy expeditiously, provided the parties comply with the legal requirements in that respect.
