In that view of the matter, these writ petitions are allowed and the Respondents are directed to immediately refix the basic pay/salary of the Petitionersas per recommendationsof the 6^^ Central Pay Commissionin terms of the similar relief granted by this Court to the Petitioners in the aforementioned Writ Petition (C) 3636 of 2016.

3. Consequentialorders be passed no later than eight weeks from today.
